I think University of Phoenix, is perfect for individuals who have a very busy life. Throughout the time that I was in school, I worked a full time job, tried to take care of things at my household, and was also working on becoming healthier. I was able to do all three things with no negative impact on my grades. They would contact me and make sure I was doing everything in my power to be successful throughout the program. I was inducted into an honor society based on my grade point average and my... Read More

My earned my 2-year degree in a local college and my bachelors from UOP. My experience with UOP was very positive and helped move me up in my career.

For those who thought the classes were "easy" where not in the BSB/Acc program. In the accounting program in my "Capstone" class, the final exam was 200 questions with only 180 minutes to complete.

When I asked questions of my Instructors, I always received an answer within 48 hours.

UMUC advertise themselves as the educational institute that caters to the working adult. I found this advertisement to be the most honest depiction of the services rendered. I have bought and or done many things because that is what I saw on television, and unfortunately that is where I found my college education as well, a television infomercial. I am now an accountant for the state i reside in and without the knowledge and tutelage of the my professors i know i would not be prepared for my position.... Read More

I am a current student and when I first came to this university everything was great. The atmosphere around campus was great and everyone loved it. As of the past few years, the university has become a bit delusional. They have tried taking the fun out of everything and have become quite ridiculous. They have cracked down hard on greek life and the football gameday experience. They seem to spend more time trying to kick greek life off campus and get kids in trouble than they do simply trying to make... Read More
