I'm not sure if it's a language barrier or if some of the instructors are just incompetent. I found that anytime I asked for clarification of an assignment the instructor either repeated the poorly written instructions with the existing grammatical errors or the instructor wouldn't clarify the instructions until after my interpretation of the assignment was submitted. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Penn Foster is a good school and the course work is challenging. I would recommend Penn Foster to anyone. I did not have any problems with billing or getting my questions answered. The first semester is a bit of a learning curve figuring out the proctor exam's and everything, but once you learn how the system works everything is a breeze.
