Excellent. Since it is online, you should expect interaction throughout the week. I have learned a great deal of practical information that will enhance any workplace. There is a great deal of research, and creating hypotheses but not as much as I was prepared for, or expected. Superb education for the price. Financial aid is great- No issues. And instructors provided prompt feedback.

I cannot in good conscious recommend this school. The MBA program simply is sub-par. Worse, I recently found out at graduation that all of my professors taught 6 classes at one time. My favorite professor told me that FT faculty on average teach 450 students a year. This is WHY their MBA program is so crappy. The instructors don't have time to interact because the school works them to death! I should have enrolled at a non-profit like NYIT or Empire State. Both have online programs where you actually... Like many people I read the reviews here, and thought "That won't happen to me." But I was wrong. The school misled me about the financial aid amount I would recieve, I frequently had issues loggin in. One time my work "dissappeared". Then the monies I was expecting as a refund did not arrive the day I was promised, instead it happened another day. I felt that there was dishonesty from the very beginning. The academic programs are excellent, but their financial aid, and other departments stink!

This is a school that has dedicated professors who are knowledgeable about the subjects they teach. The courses are well-organized and professors provide a grading rubric, as well as course syllabus at the beginning of each course. It requires effort, there is a lot of writing, and participation in the forums, but is is well worth the effort. This is for people who are vested in improving themselves with an education that requires them to put forth considerable effort. I would recommend it to anyone... Read More

AMU provided outstanding customer support through their academic advisors. The process to enroll and transcript review was easy and fast and the response was always quick. Upon enrolling and getting started, all the courses were easy to access and the course work was challenging. Being someone who is halfway through their career, the ability to learn and see the applications on a daily basis was outstanding. The professors were knowledgeable, flexible, and always ready to answer questions.

APUS/AMU has greatly enhanced my professional development as well as my academic growth. AMU professors genuinely cared for me as a student and worked with me through time issues while I was stationed in Korea. I am extremely grateful for APUS/AMU and I highly recommend them to all.

An on-line environment is convenient and makes it possible for me to get my degree. A few of the instructors were not as engaged as I would have expected.

I like the online courses available at AMU. A challenge for online classes is there is less connection with the professor

I enjoy the Managment program at AMU because the teachers are very helpful. The environment that AMU provides is a no-fail zone. The teachers support this mission to the fullest. I never feel overwelmed by the workload that is required. Being affiliated with the military makes it hard to have time to meet deadlines, but the teachers are very flexible and support you 100%.

Pros: Online classes provide for great flexibility Cons: Teachers are only accessible through email so it may take days to get a response to even a simple question

I really like this school. It's affordable and because I am a working professional, the 8 week classes are perfect for me. I will be able to complete my degree at a much faster pace. I have had four classess so far and have not found anything that I do not like.
