The W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU has been fantastic with their communication. I am an online student and I have never worried that I would not receive responses in time to submit my assignments. They were also very flexible for military which was a huge help!

I am currently enrolled in the online MBA program at Arizona State University. I chose ASU because of its high online school rating and reputation among the professional community. I can proudly state that ASU is living up to its reputation. ASU has a very rigid program and holds all of its students to a high standard. The online MBA program required every student to attend an, in person, orientation. During orientation, the faculty and staff layout exactly what is expected of each student and what... Read More

I studied the online Master's of Business Analytics Program at ASU. This is a newer program that they offer so it may be open to changes in the future. I chose this program because I am working as a data analyst, but my skills were very basic and I wanted to be able to advance in my career. I have definitely learned many more analysis skills that I have found useful to implement in my current job. The only thing I wish that the program had was a little more emphasis on some of the technical skills... Read More

The MSBA (Master's of Science in Business Analytics) at Arizona State University is a rigorous and demanding program. Pre-existing knowledge of statistics, some computer savvy, and a significant amount of personal drive is required to navigate successfully. Career services will work with you from day one, on everything from resume workshops to interview coaching. They take great pride in not only how well their students are able to work through curriculum, but also their success after graduation.... Read More

The online MBA program at ASU provides an excellent degree. The required attendance at orientation weekend is critical to development of networking relationships within their cohort system. The only major con is that it can be difficult to absorb an entire semester's worth of course material within the given 5 week period for each course. (but don't worry - they're one at a time!)

The MBA program is very structured online. You take one 5 week course at a time with a week in between each class. Former odds the perfect amount of time and taking a single class allows you to continue to work full time without losing your personal life.

The MS-BA program is especially valuable because it focuses on the application of analytics in business versus IT which is great for me because I want to eventually have my own business and this course helps me develop a data-driven yet entrepreneurial mindset. The only con I can think of is that the location of the program is Arizona and Arizona is hot!

I am enrolled in the distance learning online program, it is great for working individuals and flexible scheduling. The course work is the same as the traditional MBA, but you have to work through everything individually, this provides great opportunities to learn at every step. The cons are you do not develop face to face interaction with class mates, Skype and other online meeting groups can only take you so far. The value was great for not having to move or change occupation.

I am currently taking the online MBA at ASU. It has been a great program. Everything from the start with ASU has been a great experience. In the beginning, the admissions personnel are extremely helpful. The faculty works with all students on personal schedules and issues. My classmates have been outstanding scholars with great insights and intellect. In addition, the curriculum has been difficult, yet rewarding. ASU has a great learning process in which all students that put in the effort can learn... Read More
