This program does not promote diversity at all.

Pros: Ability to participate in a hybrid program is very beneficial. Allows students to work at home during their own hours, and still have opportunities to network with other students twice a semester at on campus meetings. Cons: Lots of group work which is difficult when we don't meet regularly, and are commuting from all over OC, Riverside, and LA counties.

Pros: * MSHE program has clear learning objectives for students * Faculty are very supportive to enrolled students * There is a balance between leaerning inside the classroom and out oof class learning * There is a promotion to learn through student involvement Cons: ** Full time program is challenging for full time working professionals

The program is preparing me to be a strong leader. I like the small cohort, the interaction with the professors, and the overall quality of the campus and the education I am receiving. The only downside is that there is not much offered in terms of grants and scholarships at this level from the school. I do not want to take a loan, but that is really the only option

This is a great program that will really help me as I move forward in my teaching career.
