Cal State Fullerton's School of Business have provided me with the knowledge and strength that I needed for the real world. There, I learned how to better present myself in front of an audience, speak and enunciate my vocabulary, compile information and deliver presentations and reports in a business-like manner, and last but certainly not least, I learned the value of great and effective communication and business writing. All of these proficiencies that I have obtained from Cal State Fullerton have put me where I am today: Head of the HR and Legal Department of a very large Subway franchisee. Being in the first semester of my graduate program, it is hard to give a fair overview. This is my assessment so far: the campus is clean, classes are not too far from the student parking structure, plenty of eateries within campus and around, close to shopping centers & freeway, highly reputable graduate programs (especially in business), sophisticated new business building, and helpful staff/faculty. Cons: the library could use a facelift, the neighborhood south of the campus does not seem safe,... Read More and transportation is not the best (of course, being a suburban area).

PROs: The graduate program offers more than just courses to help students prepare for your career; there are numerous resources available to students to help them start building a network with business professionals that will become invaluable when students begin looking for a job after graduation. CONs: The graduate program charges an additional "Professional Program Fee" for any business-related major, the amount of which depends on the number of semester units taken.
