This program was the best experience ever. Yes it is demanding and yes there are deadlines and expectations; same as within the working world. The school is expensive; however, they have tuition reimbursement deferments, and discounts for being a member/staff of an affiliated program such as the ANA, or as an alumnus. It is possible to get A’s in the classes I graduated with a gpa of 3.98. You just have to treat it like a job; there are deadlines. In this higher level of learning; you should be organized,... I do not recomend the MSN progam. The professors are not helpful. The advisors are a joke. The program is needlessly difficut assignment are due the due date without exceptions even in the event of an emergency. Grading is unpredictable and unattainable at times. They do not give A's, per the syllabus, and passing is an 85 or above. That is a very small window to base your career and your future on. The program is not geared towards working adults.

I have enjoyed my time at Drexel University. The college was highly recommended to me by a former graduate student so I decided to apply. My family and I appreciate the city of Philadelphia and visit often. Being a part of a university that expresses so much pride in it's history and students has made a difference to me in my educational path. I have the opportunity to experience instructors, professors, and students from all over the country in the classes I am currently taking. It is refreshing... Read More

I am enrolled in a masters degree program for nursing at Drexel University Online. The convenience of an online masters program is ideal for working nurses. It is important for me to continue working while I am in school. It gives me the chance to continue learning in the field while learning in the classroom. The curriculum is challenging and engaging. Also, the university makes great efforts to accommodate online students and has made great use of technology. My only drawback since beginning my... Read More

The online family nurse practitioner program through Drexel University has allowed me to advance my education and pursue a masters degree while still working and raising a family. With the flexibility of online classes, students are able to complete the program at a steady pace that is managable to integrate into their current routine.

I am just starting the graduate program, and it is very convenient because it is offered online. The classes and professors are accessible. The con would be that being online, you do not get the interaction between other students and the professors face to face.

Drexels online Family Nurse Practitioner program is very flexible and allows me to work full time while still participating in a part-time masters degree. Since I work mostly night shifts, an online program was a necessity. Drexel's online program is great for the busy adult, allowing you to complete work when you have free time in your schedule. It is, however, still very competitive and challenging.
