I am a working professional pursuing a MS in Creativity and Innovation. I love the fact that I can study at my own pace from an accredited school that has been established since 1895. There are very few schools offering this program and it's online which allows me to travel for work and pursue my degree - it's perfect! The professors are always available and willing to assist me along the way. My classmates are truly diverse in culture, professional experience, and educational backgrounds. They push... Read More

The pros are the program is extremely educational and challenging. The professors, counselors, and admistrative team are helpful and supportive. The con is the workload is heavy considering I am a part-time graduate student and work full-time.

The program is groundbreaking and original. Unfortunately it is extremely expensive and virtually no financial aid.

The pros include being a 100% online program that requires no campus visits. Additionally, as a quarter system students take two classes each term and can complete the required 45 credit hours in 2 years. Student class size is very reasonable making the online community not terribly overwhelming. The cons include the standard drawback of an online community. It is very rare to speak in real time with other students or faculty. Generally speaking, coming together as a class or group in a webinar type... Read More

I have absolutely enjoyed my experience with Drexel University. I feel that the program in Global and International Education is adequately preparing me for a career in the field. I could not ask for more supportive professors who not only encourage us to put forth our best efforts but also to dig deeper and to challenge ourselves to go beyond our wildest imagination.

My experience at Drexel is one that is new and unique. Coming from a traditional four-year program, to an online program, was very eye-opening. There is some difficulty with bugs is the network, but the team that they ave in place are highly equipped to research the problem and solve it. After getting adjusted to this program, I enjoy it slightly better, than my traditional four-year experience.

This is an online program, so I apologize for not knowing all of the particulars around student life on campus- only what I've gleaned from online interactions and engagements. However, I live overseas, so this course of study offered online has been a fantastic fit. I've been extremely impressed with the faculty and course material. It is also an accelerated program so that I can finish my degree in 24 months, which is helpful professionally. The cons of this program is that is only online. Interactions... Read More

As a Drexel student, I did not feel like a "number" or a "customer" but like a valued "partner." I invested in a Drexel education, and felt that the faculty and staff were invested in me - my future, my success, my goals. Earning my Master's online provided a great opportunity for me to balance my full time job in an unrelated field, raise a family and lead a normal life. I had previously attended Drexel for my Bachelor's degree as an on-campus student, and didn't feel any different. Both experiences... Read More

I am an online MS student. Many of the rating categories do not apply to me; hence the low grade. Therefore, if I was to give an overall rating to Drexel based on my circumstances, I would give it a 9. The online format of my program is a huge relief. I wanted to get a quality education from a well-reputed university, but could not afford to leave my job and relocate somewhere. The online program provided a solution. My experience with the university overall has been wonderful. The staff and faculty... Read More

I love that my program is online, and the school does well to set up cohorts, so you are taking classes with familiar names, if not faces. The advising support is also very strong. However, the instruction is hit-or-miss, and I feel that each quarter, I find myself enrolled in one class with a very strong instructor and thought-provoking materials, and one class which is a seeming waste of time, and taught by an instructor who does not present new ideas and/or does not know how to suitably use technology.... My program was online so I was unable to answer competently regarding on-campus amenities but I did find my program stimulating and academically rigorous with great student services and faculty interaction.
