As an alumni, I am certain that FAU is where I always want to be for my education. I want my friends, family, and even my future children to attend here. Education took on a whole new meaning. when I started attending college here. I think about when I was in middle or high school, slowly putting my shoes on because I dreaded being dropped off for school. Now as an adult, I am as excited as a child the night before going to Disney World. I want to attend class, finish a paper, participate in discussion,... Read More

Florida Atlantic University is a wonderful school. The Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration is a tough program. However, with commitment and hard work the results can be second to none. I feel by the time I complete this program, I will be prepared for a great future career.

There are many pros to FAU grad school. The MBA program at FAU is one of the best ones around. I know many people who have graduated from other large universities in Florida, and all come to FAU for graduate studies. The cons to this program might be the reliance on online classes. I personally don't prefer online classes because they cost more and aren't any better than in-person classes. FAU has highly shifted to online learning, but I feel that is the future for most universities unfortunately.... Read More

I believe that my graduate program has a great communications requirement that is integrated throughout the courses. It is very unique and forces me to be professional in my oral and written communication skills, which I know will benefit me in the long-run. On the other hand, I feel that I could be challenged a little more in the assignments I am given and how they are graded.

Overall the executive MBA program was a very challenging and exciting degree program. I was challenged everyday in the classes. To this day I take back with me what I learned. The teacher and staff were very supportive and wanted me to succeed. They were there for me and offered every support so I wouldn't fall behind. The only critique I would give at this time is the communications courses. I believe they were a waste of time and does not prepare MBA students on how to communicate with Executives... Read More
