I am enrolled in the Online MBA program at Florida Atlantic University. The online Canvas software is very clear to understand and has reminders of any assignment deadlines and upcoming assignments. In addition, submitting assignments and watching lectures are also very straightforward. I have never had any issues. Group work and communication between colleagues is also easy. Florida Atlantic University is a great institution to pursue a degree at. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Health Administration. Students have the option to choose from Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Health Administration, International Business, Management Information Systems, Marketing, or Operations Management. This was a main reason why I chose this program over the other options I had, considering I want to pursue a career in Health Administration. Another reason FAU is a great option for graduate education includes the ability to work as a graduate assistant. Many departments hire students to assist with teaching or advising, in exchange for a tuition waiver and stipend. This is very helpful when financing your education and make a major difference in the amount of loans needed. I am in my first year but have has a great experience with my advisors and mentors thus far. The college of business offers internship courses and its own career advising team, so my hopes for advancement in the future is very high.

When I first entered into the MBA program at Florida Atlantic University, I was extremely nervous about how I would perform given that I'd graduated from my undergraduate program (UNC-Chapel Hill) 15 years prior. Even though my classes are online-based, I never feel disconnected because the faculty and staff initiate regular contact and offer support on everything from academics to financial support. The Executive Education program is perfect for non-traditional students because of the staff support. The staff supports us by completing our class registrations and sending reminders to be sure that we are aware of various deadlines and updates. There are many great business school to consider. However, I urge anyone who is interested in pursuing an MBA,, especially an Executive MBA, seriously consider what FAU has to offer.
