About the only thing that I gained from this program after all all of the hard work, dedication and payment.... a piece of paper that says MBA. I still cant find a job in the business field and when I reached out to the program's director on multiple occasions, she simply tells me to check out handshake.com. Also, I attended 3 separate career services events over 2 years and all 3 were a complete waste of my time and life. Unfortunately, this program is not worth the time, money and/or hassle!

Its a great decision to make if you're on the fence. A great experience to meet friends and learn a lot about the person you are meant to be.

Large enough to be affordable, small enough not to get lost in the system.

The teachers were very helpful if you asked for it. There was only 1 Professor that everyone had a serious problem with out of all the other Professors I had so I guess that is a plus. Other than that, the school is great. I enjoyed my time there. I also had a pretty decent cohort for the most part. Of course you will always have those students who are lazy and don't want to put in the work when you have to work in groups, which to me was surprising on that level of Education. If the group couldn't... Read More

I have enjoyed this program. It has given insight as to what I will experience in the future. The educators provide a consistent effort to enable students to grow and think beyond easy explanations. The course material is diversified and presented in every aspect of learning. The use of technology is exemplary. Challenging the student to expand and grow in knowledge. FIU includes weekly calls from a support system to answer questions and help resolve problems quickly. The services seem endless. Although,... Read More

I applied for the MBA program at FIU and got accepted. The instructors are very helpful and materials are well written. The good thing you can stay home, work on your assignments and submit them online. Be prepared to take the commitment to complete the program. Some of the classes are pretty hard. Some require frequent attendance, and some require extensive interactions among group members as well as the instructors. The program is expensive and I hope I can have enough money to pay it off.

This program is tailored for the working student. The program is eighteen months and is specialized to professionals within the field of Healthcare who would like to get an MBA. The cons of this program are the long hours on Saturdays and the facility in which it is held is forty minutes north of the main FIU campus.
