If you had any sliver of intellect, you would avoid this program. Anticipate being treated as school children. Your time is invaluable to them. The clinical coordinator is embarrassingly and notoriously unorganized. She'll email you about changes to your clinicals the day of at 3am. Many professors are harsh and unapologetic about their numerous mistakes that you have to suffer. Several make this program a living hell. They are unaccommodating, unintelligent, authoritative, and demeaning. Many will... Read More

Miami campus. If you are planning to attend here good luck. The lack of communication is unbearable. Nobody knows anything, and get ready to waste your time and money. Professors make mistakes and blame the students. Also, get ready to be threaded as if you were in kindergarten.

I’m surprised at how expensive NSU is and the poor quality of the nursing program. Half the professors don’t speak clear English and are hard to understand and when you ask them a question you get something completely off. The other half don’t care. There’s a few who are good. The dean does not care about anyone. They are so unorganized and lack communication. You don’t find out important information until the day before. Nobody knows anything, and then somehow they go and blame the students. I would... Read More

At least on the Miami campus, This program has drastically changed and not for the better. The professors are extremely incompetent. They talk a lot about empathy, and nurses should not assume anything about the patients, yet they do everything that is told to us not to do. The schedule is all messed up as well as communication. I cannot wait to graduate and leave. If you want to go to a school that does not care about its students, this is the school. For how expensive it is to get a BSN here, it... Read More

The class size is large almost 100 students and they cramp the class in a room were it’s obviously not going to accommodate the large size therefore students ended up standing up during the first 30 minutes of class. You get the same professors so if you don’t like the teaching style you’re stuck the rest of the program. Professors are disorganized and they don’t use their microphone so if you sat in the back good luck trying to understand the lecture plus they have thick accent and double masks.... Read More

This is the worst school in the world, the teachers barely speak english, they're so unorganized and they steal your money. They should loose their accreditation. They do not care about their students and you're probably going to fail the nclex if you go here.

I would never recommend this school. I thought it would be amazing since I have family and friends that have attended here. The fact is even students in there 5 or 6 semester will tell you that the school has declined drastically. You have professors that you are absolutely horrible in the sense they rather belittle you and break you down instead of build your confidence. Of course nursing school is hard but the environment and pace set if unhealthy both mentally and physically. They give you the... Read More

Nova Southeastern University was an excellent school. The dedication of the professors to help the students is evident. The classes are small and interment allowing for a more successful learning environment. They have simulation labs which allow for a more interactive learning experience. This really helped when applying nursing in the hospital setting. Overall, I would highly recommend this institution to anyone pursuing their Bachelor's in Nursing degree.
