Don't go there. Pick another University to get your masters from. Its a waste of money there.

The graduate program is intense, but I believe that it is harder for me since it's all online. I miss the classroom environment, but technology has made it feel as close to a classroom as possible.

My program is a very vigorous. Learning online is not for everyone but this program has been able to provide access to chat sessions and discussions with professors and other classmates. I am really enjoying my program thus far.

I love the Biomedical Program at Nova Southeastern University. This program has exposed me to not only the medical field but also the information systems which store and implement information used in Hospitals and medical offices.

Pro: Excellent professors who work in many different areas of pharmacy who are knowledgeable. Support is tremendous as professors have an open-door policy and are accessible to students. Students are trained not only in retail setting but also equipped to perform at a high level in institutionalized setting. Networking is fabulous, most students that I know have a job offer before graduating their final year, that says a lot to me. 97% passing on the board exam. Cons: Its a lot of work, so be prepared... All the faculty and staff involved in this program are extremely enthusiastic and helpful. They go out of their way to get to know you and do everything they can to help you succeed. The school is devoted to staying up to date on the latest technology and we have state of the art machinery. The cost of living in South Florida is not cheap, but the area is great!

There are various aspects of the optometry program at Nova that are outstanding, especially compared to similar programs at other schools. We take more classes on a variety of types of optometry (low vision, pediatric, vision therapy, etc.) that are only optional for students at other schools.

I feel this graduate program will prepare me for entering a real practice as an ARNP. Not only do we learn what we need to learn about being a nurse practitioner but we also learn how to network and market ourselves when entering into the workforce. The only thing I was disappointed with was Nova does not help the students with finding a preceptorship. I really feel they should be instrumental in this process.

I love Nova Southeastern University. I grew up across from main campus in Davie but ended up at the Student Education Center in Tampa! I never new they had these SEC's to make it easier for those who do not live close to main campus. The teachers are great and the support system is the best. I would not trade schools even if I had a full scholarship!

The pro of my graduated program is that the faculties are there to assist you when you have concerns, the university offered the program I was interested in. The con of my graduated program is that it is mandatory to attend a summer institute in a different city, which is an inconvience.

I am in the Biomedical Informatics program at Nova Southeastern University. My school has a great, tight-knit network system between the students through various social media. Most of the classes are done online, so communication between the students and the professors is very important. Nova has made this process very easy and streamlined which is much appreciated. The workload is manageable, I don't find myself stressing out to keep up with my classes since I have a job during the week as well.... Read More

Nova is a small, private institution with a small student to faculty ratio. Most of the professors really care that you receive the best education that they can give. The faculty are willing to schedule classes around the students and are willing to offer review sessions.

My graduate program is a online hybrid program in Tampa, Fl. The program does a great job keeping us on task and assisting us with technical difficulties. There is no transportation or housing because we are an online program.

The pros are the professor to student ratio, knowledgable professors in the field, and high rate of students that pass the national board certification. The con is the high cost of the graduate program per year.
