NSU provided me with a flexible and rewarding experience. I am a full time teacher so I needed online class and help. the professors at NSU provided their personal cell phones numbers whenever I needed assistance. Currently, I have a perfect 4.0 GPA and that is all because the NSU staff is always willing to help me. Several of my professors have given me the opportunity to rewrite my papers if they feel like I can do better. I have never felt like a teacher believed i me the way the ones here do.... Read More

Nova Southeastern University is one of the best schools I have ever been to. Although I do not physically attend the school, the counselors and teachers are very patient and helpful. I am taking my courses online because I am currently working at the Department of Human Services in Greenville, MS. I am trying to further my education by receiving a degree in Exceptional Student Education. The staff at NOVA have been helping me every step of the way and I really appreciate them.

I am so glad I attended Nova for my Master's Degree. I am very pleased not only with the curriculum of the program in which I majored in, but I am extremely pleased with the level of commitment faculty and staff have for their students. My professors were outstanding and dedicated to getting me to succeed. I am a proud alumni, and truly recommend the university- especially to students who are trying to balance their time with school and their careers.

Applying to this school was the best decision I made. It went so smoothly and after being accepted I was instantly contacted by advisors and financial aid advisors. The Exceptional Student Education Program is the only program I found in Florida that provides students the ability to learn a large spectrum of exceptional students.

Nova University has allowed me with the flexibility to continue working while continuing my educations. The staff; advisors, professors, and financial aide department, have aided in an easy to fail opportunity to guide me in the right direction and fulfill my dream of being the first graduate of my family. Online program has a lot of technical issues with people being knocked out of the virtual classrooms with no other review materials Classes do not have recorded lectures and teachers forget to record lectures there is no way to review. I feel I wasted money here and transferred to new university after two semesters of bad technical issues very expensive school to have so many problems

Nova Southeastern University offers an enormous opportunity to learn the most ingrained educational values one can expect from a graduate level program. I would like to see more blended courses where I could mix online learning with practical teaching principles in the classroom.

Nova Southeastern University is a wonderful institution. As a full-time working, single parent, I needed an institution that would accommodate my hectic schedule and workload. The professors and dissertation chairperson have done an excellent job with keeping me informed and advised at all times. They provide prompt feedback to any inquiry and the professors have an obvious passion for what they are doing.

I feel that one of the pros is the support of the staff. They are always there to help you, whether its staying after class or coming in a few minutes before class. They are available by office appointments, phone calls and emails. The way the program is set up is also a pro. It is possible to work a full-time job while taking classes. The classes are offered at night and you start off with two classes. The cons of the graduate program would be it is expensive and the clinic is off-campus. Although... Read More

The pros of the graduate program are the professors. Nova has an excellent academic staff who are knowledgeable, concerned, and always there. The method of delivery is geared toward working individuals pursuing a graduate degree. The masters and the doctoral programs are the best in S. Florida for working professionals.
