I love this school so much! I see complaints about the financial department but they have been completely responsive to me. I've called multiple times and have had my questions answered in detail every call. I also really enjoy my classes and instructors. I truly feel like they want to see me succeed and notice me as a person. The instructors I have are very helpful and quicky responsive. They help you learn in a fun and detail-oriented manner. You can tell they are serious professionals but they... Read More treat you amazing and don't criticize your work. They are there to help you and have your back in being successful. You can tell from day one your instructors and advisor are your biggest fans. I would recommend this school to anyone wanting to attend an online university. There's no doubt in my mind that you'll achieve your goals with a staff that's beyond supportive. I love Purdue Global University! I'm proud to say I go here!

Biggest mistake going here. They s* me over with money by about 2,000 dollars more than what I was suppose pay and the staff is just ridiculous. They are rude, disorganized, not even professional and have no idea what the heck they are doing let alone answer a basic question. For example, a staff member gave out my personal email to a different department of the university without saying anything to me (my school email is in the system still and works fine), laughed at me over the phone, accused... Read More me of have am email that I did not have, respond to emails a couple days later or weeks later after being sent. Those were just a few of many other terrible experiences/examples I had when being enrolled. The only staff members who are amazing are the actual professors.

This was one of the worst mistakes ever. Most of the staff was just rude when talking to them on the phone, I got laughted at by the student success coordinator over the phone as I was explaining something as well as received unnecessary attitude and I also got accused of getting an email that I never got when talking to the student success coordinator and financial aid. Another, is I would receive an email saying something is needed in my files weeks on weeks after it was submitted. There is a lot more negative stuff I could say but that is minor compared to what I just said.
