Purdue Global made obtaining a higher education a reality for me. From the start, speaking with enrollment officers, to chatting with my student advisor, the people at Purdue Global made the experience of enrolling for not only my bachelors, but then my master's program fantastic. Not was the process easy, but any questions or concerns were answered right away. The advisors worked with me to ensure that I felt comfortable with my workload, and felt secure in my program.

The professors were out of... Read More the world amazing. Each one brought a new and exciting way to conduct class, each with so much knowledge, experience, and expertise. The professors were always available to answer questions and assist however they could to make sure that I succeeded every step of the way. Their positive outlook and energy made coming to class something to look forward to and enjoy.

I never thought going back to school in my 30's was possible, especially with a husband, kids, and full time job. However, with Purdue Global it was made a possibility. I'm so grateful to everyone that I worked with and encountered at Purdue Global.

I can't speak for everyone, but my experience with this program was not great at all - very limited options for a "flexible" program and absolutely no support from the financial aid center or advisors. Just getting started with the program involved several back-and-forth phone calls with multiple advisors, none of whom could give me a clear answer as to whether or not I was even enrolled in the program. The substance of the one course I took was fine but was not what I was looking for in terms of... Read More engagement. I ended up withdrawing from the program, and ultimately still had to pay the full price of the one course I took. I set up a payment plan for this, and yet still received multiple phone calls and letters telling me that I had "outstanding debts" to be paid, even though I both spoke to someone over the phone and received email confirmation that my payment plan would cover it. Incredibly frustrating experience all around, would not recommend.

Unfortunately there is more of a focus to enroll students than the quality of education received. I personally graduated with a stellar gpa. However communication with staff is not a top priority. There is not an effective grievance procedure if complaint is in regards to staff. I believe there are some excellent degrees offered by the school, however I would not recommend a master's in legal studies to anyone. While it is great to have a master's degree, most interviewers ask me what is my degree... Read More because they have not heard of it, jobs within policy and legal fields. Overall knowledge acquired cannot be taken away but the degree was not worth the money nor was the experience what it should have been.

Hello Please stay away from this school. First the advisors are unprofessional and dumb. Most disorganized college I have ever seen. The hounded me to get my undergrad and grad school to resend transcripts that were already there. I got my undergrad and first Grad degree from the same school. They both was on the same sheet. How stupid could they have not been. Then what makes it worse, when I thought I couldn't go this semester, I sent in an email and stated that I don't think I can do this program.... Read More The advisor tried to reach me but I was not able to get back to her in a day. I decided that I could do the program and on Sunday 9/23/18 the course was still on my portal, so I decided to complete the homework and assigments and I submitted them. Financial aid had just sent me award letter that Friday 9/21/18. I calls on Monday because I sent an email on Sunday 9/23/18 that I am continuing and her mailbox was full. How are you a professional and don't listen to your voicemails or answer your emails when you first come in to work. So I couldn't even follow up with her becuase she didn't answer and mailbox full. I called another academic advisor and she told me that the class was dropped. and I stated how when I just got my award letter and I completed the work. She stated, oh we dont work on weekends and the register don't read or check to see that the assignment was completed . I stated , wasn't even given a leave of absense form or program withdrawal form. Oh that is not nesssaryt. I had just ordered the book on my book voucher on Sunday. This is so stupid for them not to see that the book voucher was just used Sunday and the letter was dated for 9/17/18. What part are they not double checking. I just hung up on the advisor because I dont talk to stupid people that dont know the education process. My letter did not state to just dropped that course but to not come to the school at all. I will be trying Univeristy of Phoenix or a class college to avoid this nonsene. Please choice online colleges wisely.
