Purdue University Global is fair at best. I feel unsupported, especially by my clinical manager who is supposed to help secure clinical sites. She has been nothing but a hinderance to finding sites. In addition, I was delayed graduating by a term because my clinical advisor didn't register me for a class. Some professors are great; others, not so much. Please do not attend this school. They will promise support for clinical placements and will not follow through. Additionally the courses will not prepare you to pass your boards. The pharmacology course has test questions from an RN psychology textbook that have no bearing on the NP scope - and that is just the tip of the iceberg. I had only 3 clinical courses to complete and had to change programs as I had difficulty securing a clinical site and had ZERO assistance from the school. I am so glad... Read More I did change programs though because that’s when I realized just how lousy the curriculum with this program is. It is a diploma mill and they will accept everyone who is willing to fork out the money. Not only do I not recommend this program I can say without question that I know multiple directors who will not hire graduates from this program. Please, go elsewhere!
