Pros: The atmosphere on campus is very competitive and vibrant. Most courses are very competitive and test a great level of knowledge and dedication of the student. Most faculty are very approachable and friendly. Pros: Highly ranked Engineering Graduate program, with good lab and classroom facilities. Very safe campus and calm neighborhood. Great return of interest after graduating. Funding opportunities are plenty but student must take the initiative of finding them. Cons: Not a good social life around the campus, except for summer. Using Purdue's ProEd distant learning program for a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. Purdue pioneered the online master's program, and allows students from anywhere in the world to earn the same degree as students at the main campus.
