I am very grateful to have heard of their self paced competency based, fully online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program. I enrolled in it back in September 2024 and I graduated a month ago. The six month subscriptions makes tuition very affordable. My academic advisor, Scott, was excellent. I was always able to keep in touch with him and be enrolled in a new set of courses after completion of the graded ones. I believed that each of my classes were challenging and prepared me for... My journey at my other college was not a good one but UMG definitely superseded at my expectations. They send supportive emails filled with student tips and strategies for success. I was really happy when I was in my Masters program at Umass (Masters in Education). It was a great experience. However, when I went back to school to take course through the extended learning department it became a complete nightmare. I honestly can not remember every terrible little thing that happened but some of the highlights include Umass writing me that my course was graded and then not putting in on my transcript. Another terrible highlight is when I paid additional money for units and they... Read More

The school will essentially accept anyone that can get a student loan and fog a mirror. You will not be prepared for any career and job placement and alumni network is essentially nonexistent. Go somewhere else. If you just want or need a paper with your name on it from an accredited school than give it a shot. Don’t expect this school to prepare you for the workforce.

If you are looking for masters in social work look somewhere else or have zero expectations. Most professors and the people in the internship department including the director and the assistant do the bare minimum. Make sure to find your own internship, they have no links to any agencies. I am missing out on a job because the credentialing department cannot get its act together. Everyone works from home so you can only contact them through email. When you do email it takes weeks for them to get back to you. When they do get back, they do not answer your questions. If you are looking to become a teacher do yourself a favor and go to APU or GCU you will be much happier.

In an email to The Panther, Chapman's student newspaper, Chapman President Daniele Struppa wrote that Brandman is a “separately incorporated, accredited, independently managed institution, with its own governance board.” In other words, Chapman wants nothing to do with Brandman. Brandman, on the other hand, leeches off Chapman's excellent reputation to attract enrollments. It is indeed misleading; it's meant to be.
