UC Denver is a great urban campus, centered in lively downtown Denver. Instructors were supportive, thoughtful, and were involved in their fields locally.

My professors were wonderful, and I earned a great education that I was able to implement immediately in my teaching. The university was great about scheduling and working with my teaching schedule.

The online classes that I took connected me easily with professors and gave me the information I needed to better myself in my content area.

My graduate program has been positive overall. I was able to find a job immediately after completing the licensure program, and now I am working on my Master's. The professors and instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. I think the program is very expensive though and there should be more scholarships offered.

I am in the Academic Leadership and Policy Studies program, working toward getting an administrator license and an Ed.S. I also have a M.A. from the University of Colorado at Denver. The ALPS is much more rigorous than the my first Master's degree and I feel that it is preparing me well to assume a position as a principal. We'll see what I think of the program once I begin applying for positions, though.
