Read More engagement" was a clear indication that I would fit into the diverse culture of the program. Prior to the first day of Foundation Year, I was uncertain if I had made the right choice. I had been accepted to several programs. I attended the GCSW Orientation the day before classes and I knew it was a match. I am among Houston's most progressive thinkers who are dedicated to giving a voice to underprivileged and underrepresented groups all over the world. From faculty to staff and to my Cohort, we are committed to affecting change. The experience makes me proud to be a University of Houston Cougar.
