I have been blessed since I have been attending University of Phoenix. The staff, the professors, and courses are amazing. Everyone is so helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend the school to anyone. The classes are not overwhelming and going to school online makes it easy for daily chores.

I really enjoyed how the classes we're 5 weeks. It allowed me to take 1 class at a time so I could focus all my efforts on that 1 particular course. Also it seemed to make the semesters and my overall time I spent in school pursuing my degree go and move quickly. The professors were also quick to respond whenever I had a question, which was a concerned I had prior to attending. However this was never an issue. My overall experience was excellent and have nothing but great things to say about the... Read More

The University Financial Aid Department is horrible. They wait to the last minute for processing my Financial aid documents and had the entire July 2025,August 2025, September 2025 for completing all my extra documents. This is by far a horrible experience. The semester start on 10/07/25 and they wait to the last minute for asking for documents and my information is stil not completed. I ask my advisor to make sure all my duck was in a row before the start date and now I am sitting out until January... Read More

This school is very effective and supporting their students. The work is realistic in appropriate for a working adult. The online platform is easy to use and access. It was very easy to register and apply for the program however, I wish that getting a loan was easier when trying to cover class class.

The online masters program at Phoenix allowed me to work my full time job, take care of my husband and kids, and still have time left for other commitments. The program is flexible and allows you to work around your schedule. Professors have real world experience and are very helpful.

University of Phoenix online is a good choice for anyone who is working full-time. The classes are designed to help you manage work and school. You have access anytime and day to read your chapters. You must be mindful ,like in every college or University of the due dates on your assignments and complete them before the due date. I recommend this University to anyone who wants to return to school and accomplish their career goals.

Attending Phoenix University was one of the most transformative experiences I've ever had! The education quality, the instructors, and the courses truly pushed me to my limits. I started my academic journey quite late in life, and initially, I doubted my ability to pursue higher education at this stage. The faculty at Phoenix University were remarkably supportive; from the instructors to the financial aid office, I was able to grow more confidently both professionally and personally. The skills I... I will always remember one of my earliest courses, which included an assessment made up of three different parts. Since this was at the start of my program, I needed all the assistance I could get. I reached out to the instructor with questions I felt I should already know the answers to, but he quickly replied with a thorough explanation.
Although the grading process, particularly the feedback from some instructors, could use improvement, my overall experience at Phoenix was outstanding, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any working adult seeking to enhance their skills.

The school is good but a little expensive I feel, for the level of education I am getting. The classes are extremely easy and don't require much effort which is great in terms of my time right now, but I also feel that I am not really truly learning anything. This could change though as I approach higher level classes but that is still to be determined.

Every instructor I have had has been helpful and receptive to questions if I was unclear about an assignment. The enrollment process went very smoothly. I was able to reach my academic counselor without any delays. My only drawback is that as a working student who also has a family there should be at least a 1 week break between classes so that as a student I could breathe and reset. I did have a Christmas break but no other breaks between classes. Hopefully the powers to be will take this into consideration.... Read More

My friend recently referred me to UNOP and explained that their accelerated degree program lets students finish their bachelor's degree faster than traditional paths. I transferred my community college credits to UNOP. I'm really excited about this opportunity because it will help me complete my education sooner and better prepare me to pursue my future goals.

I enjoy the fact that I can work at my own pace as long as I have my assignments done by the end of the week. Being a full time student, parent, and employee working closing shift is hard so having that flexibility helps me out a lot. After I finish my degree I’ll be looking to change careers.

As with any school, there are pros and cons. I chose online school because this is what I have time for; I have a full-time job, kids at home, pets, and a house to take care of.
That being said, you get what you put in. There are some weeks that I put in very little effort and my grades suffer, and some weeks that I put in a lot of effort and my grades are better; however, the opposite happens as well.
Some teachers are great and want you to succeed; they will be proactive about it. However, some... Read More
