USC's FNP online program is the first of its kind in the country, being associated with the school of Social Work. This is quite intriguing and definitely will broaden nurses' perspectives regarding healthcare and overall patient care. Being in my second semester, this degree is not a walk in the park but it definitely is worthwhile. All the professors and faculty members are supportive and seem to truly want us to all succeed. The cost of the program may be quite high but the faculty does help and provide students with different options and opportunities such as scholarships and loans. I am proud to be one of the fist people to be part of this program and I cannot wait to see how this curriculum will change the course of primary healthcare.

I decided to apply to University of Southern California for their family nurse practitioner. I am was accepted and am new to the program, but everyone that I have interacted with has been phenomenal! I've had a chance to review all of the curriculum which is fantastic. I love that social work is incorporated into the FNP program. University of Southern California is an ideal college to get your Family Nurse Practicer and Masters in Nursing. This is an online program that works with the Social Work master's program. It is unique and very diverse. The admission counselors really work for you and are there to answer your questions. My admission counselor was able to get my application fee waived because I was so diligent in getting my transcripts and online application completed on time. I cannot recommend USC's Master's in Nursing program for Family Nurse Practitioner enough! USC has a tremendous faculty and staff that have put my needs at the forefront, and who work just as hard for me as I would for myself.
