An online biology program that is both vigorous and offers so many opportunities in the field is difficult to find. UNK offered me that opportunity. It's so convenient to have all my classes online. There are such a variety of electives offered that you could earn this generalist degree with a focus in so many different areas. Options for research provides even more flexibility and focus.

The Entomology program at University of Florida is amazing. The classes are interesting and the professors really challenge you to think. Getting in touch with professors as an online student can be difficult, but when you do the opportunities with what you can do are endless (i.e. research, internships, etc.). Professors are quick to recommend old students you can talk to, which lets you network and learn about the program and research offered. Overall, I'm glad I chose this school!
