Pros: Great school, incredible professors, great network, very close to great areas of Boston. Cons: Career Office is lacking, can be very competitive, very expensive to live near school, on campus housing is also very expensive

The workload is intense, hardly providing any time for socializing. However, the skills taught by the graduate program are invaluable and will provide a boost to my career

I really do like my school and it's pretty competitively priced for other law schools. However, there are some pretty heavy cons. The cost of living in Boston is exorbitant - everything is expensive. Additionally, while Boston University is an excellent tier-1 law school, we do suffer for having Harvard Law just across the river. But if you're prepared to shoulder that burden, our faculty is amazing and we've just broken ground on a new addition to our law building that promises to be amazing!

Many active student groups and social events. The BU Law alumni network is strong in the Boston area but the Career Development Office has weaker connections outside Boston and New York. As a whole, the professors are fabulous, approachable, and available. Ethnic diversity is low, LGBT diversity is high. There is somewhat greater diversity at BU than at other law schools, so the low diversity may reflect more on the legal field as a whole than on BU's application process. Pros: Great school, great professors, solid education, great network, feel comfortable amongst friendly peers Cons: Cost of program is expensive. Cost of living in Boston is expensive. Legal market is difficult so career services cannot guarantee job upon graduation
