College is a great time to explore academics interests, mature, and to build the skills you will need for the rest of your life. At the same time, there is still a lot of learning to be done after graduation and you can always change your path post graduation. College is an important time, but it is not the MOST important time.

It was a good experience but I wish I had done more research and introspection into how well the program fit what I was looking for before I enrolled.

They have a great online Master's program. Very affordable and allows you to attend classes when you have the time.

Its a great school in a great city. It gives you access to a big city while also giving you the feeling of community. When you specialize at the higher degrees, the program and the number of students is smaller so the community is really emphasized.

Attending Boston University was an excellent experience. There is truly something for everyone there and first-class facilities. The living and dining options along with post-college resources were second to none. I have never met someone who attended who did not like their experience.

I enjoy many aspects of my graduate program thus far. The professors are extremely approachable and knowledgeable about their subject matter. My peers are very helpful and our collaboration is invaluable. There are not many cons to the graduate program by means of the people and program itself. Most of the cons have to do with commuting to and from school. I live outside the city so at times the commute can be stressful, especially in the winter time when public transit is not working properly. The... Read More

BU full time tuition is extremely expensive and not very affordable for the average salary today. Luckily in the School of Education, particularly if you are a part-time student like myself, part-time evening credits are nearly half price in tuition costs in just a two year program. Very advantageous, especially for a big name school that offers a degree in a low to average paying field.

Boston University is one of the highest rated programs in the country for Sport Psychology. A major pro for this program is the immediate immersion into the field from the very beginning; the placement into surrounding universities for practice with athletes is something that I highly value. Admittedly, it is very awkward at first, but after getting the hang of teaching mental skills, which something the faculty is highly skilled at, it becomes second nature. The whole faculty is very approachable... Read More

This is a wonderful program for full-time students. The program is small, enabling students to form connections with one another that will serve them throughout the program and in the future. The faculty is knowledgeable and has made Boston University's Deaf Education program well-known in producing quality Deaf educators.

My professors are highly qualified and extremely knowledgeable. However, many of them are doing too many things outside of teaching at BU to be supportive outside of the classroom. In the classroom they are often too rushed to finish everything that they do not have much time for questions. The workload is manageable, however, having everything due the first week of December without clear explanations of what is expected until a few weeks before then is another con. I was very lucky that two due... Read More
