I took many online classes. I was well prepared due to my undergrad work. Taking the distance education tests on campus was not always easy, but they did offer several options, which was nice.

All of the classes that I have taken have been online so there have not been any real cons that I can relate directly to the school. All of the professors that I have had a class with, have been very attentive and helpful anytime that I need some assistance. The classes have been very challenging and I feel that the work that I have put in has paid off and will certainly help me to expand my career after graduation.

I do not recommend taking the MBA program at ECU. I am an Alumnae of ECU and WAS proud to return to get my Masters. After two difficult semesters that I enjoyed, I had to take Dr. Bello's Comparative Management class. This class is hard, which I am not the type of person to run from a challenge. But this kind of hard is because of the "teacher" himself. He does not teach! He provides a book that he combined from two other books and wants you to memorize the material. I personally asked for feedback... Read More

The pros are the availability to take classes online and maintain my day job. There is continuity and discussion daily with class and students online. There's a diverse background of students. It's affordable. The cons are there are many educational and networking events are offered for graduate business students outside of the class and curriculum but you need to be close to the campus to participate.

This program I believe will help me achieve huge things in my future. Teachers reply quickly on email which is the primary use of communication for me as an online student.

Offers great flexibility for working professional. Distance education is virtually campus education.

The pros of the program is that it is very flexible. You can take it online with great professors and there are some classes on campus to if you are close. The cons is that it is not as challenging in some aspects. I would like more management training and experience. I need more experience before I go into a corporate world.

Pros: Allows for a full-time working professional to acquire a Master's degree while at the same time raising a family. Cons: Online program requires an individual to basically teach the courses to him/herself. Very time consuming.

It is the most difficult program I have every undertaken. I think some of the classes are built to weed out. There are 60 or more students in each class. I am learning a lot but the pace is so fast it is hard to retain what you learn.
