Liberty University has an exceptional online program that fully meets the needs of today's work force. My degree plan has increased my knowledge of general business practices, communication, psychology, and basic human development. As a project manager in the State of Ohio Department of Mental Health, this knowledge has been crucial in the development and management of projects for mental health hospitals. The courses are easy to navigate and full of information. There are no longer book fees for... Read More

The environment at Liberty University is exceptionally positive and provided me with the skills and background to succeed in life and with my career. The academics are rigorous and practical and taught by professors who genuinely care about their students. The campus is gorgeous with great activities and clubs, together with offering a full range of Division 1 sports. I have great memories from my time at Liberty, and made life long friends from across the country during my time there. At Liberty,... Read More

I have had a great experience with LU. The eight week courses are great for anyone with a regular working schedule. It allows you to manage your work life and school life. I highly recommend Liberty University. The communication with the professors is excellent, and the online learning experience is great.

Great school built on excellent standards. I attended longer than I hoped because of starting a family and career but am so glad I went back and finished. I loved convocations while on campus. Professors are of high standards. Campus is truly amazing and we'll managed. Leadership is phenomenal.

To all veterans: Stay away from Liberty online. I attended two different online universities during my time toward my bachelors degree. As a former US Army solider and current veteran, I can honestly say that Liberty is basically a "for profit" university under the disguise of a Christian name. Liberty assignments are much too easy, professors are adjuncts (which means they are really not real professors and spend very little time interacting with students), and the school has a massive recruitment... I have been attending Liberty University for just over 2 years. Some classes have been better than others, for example the Human Resource Management class was wonderful, I learned a lot from the Excel class, but what I have learned is in most cases you receive little to no instruction. You are given books to read, assignments to complete and tests to take. Many of the tests are worded poorly and are really confusing. Many times I've brought this to the attention of the instructor and they have adjusted... Read More

Liberty was a great school for academic rigor and learning. The school is enormous and sometimes online students can get lost in the shuffle but I would recommend Liberty University to anyone pursuing a degree.

I just started attending Liberty University 2013 and every session there's been an issue with something needs to be submitted in order for the release of funds, which makes it impossible to have funds released to buy books, etc. This is supposed to be a Christian school and I don't see anyone acting as a follower of Christ. I'm moving on to try different school. They're cheap as far as tuition, but full of themselves!!!! Don't waste your time!!!

Pros: Thorough coverage of all aspects of business management from a diverse and highly experienced faculty. The online format also allows for a diverse collection of students, which gives many perspectives of the business world. Online format is flexible and conducive to a working professional. Faith-based environment allows for free interaction between like-minded individuals. Cons: In a purely on-line environment, physical interaction is limited, and the "classroom experience" is missed.
