I am very grateful to have heard of their self paced competency based, fully online Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program. I enrolled in it back in September 2024 and I graduated a month ago. The six month subscriptions makes tuition very affordable. My academic advisor, Scott, was excellent. I was always able to keep in touch with him and be enrolled in a new set of courses after completion of the graded ones. I believed that each of my classes were challenging and prepared me for... Read More my current career and even for job interviews. I believe that this program focuses greatly on business oriented topics. The only downside I did not like was in February 2025, when one of my professors went on vacation for the entire month and there was difficulty with knowing who would take his place in grading assignments until he returned. However, once my other teachers took their vacation, I was informed about their departure ahead of time and was also giving the contact information of who would be their fill-in. I am happy to have succeed and graduated from UMASS Global with an MAOL.

This was such a horrible experience! i was just trying to get my Master's degree. these people are rude and inconsiderate. At the time the University was being sold by Chapman University out of Orange County and us student's didn't really have any choice. The financial aid department became Crooks and charging us for drop classes. And the financial aid department just went down the drain. This University will find any reason not to give someone their diploma. I got one from the University back in... Read More December of 2009 in regards to my drop classes. I stated to them that the class was dropped in time and they were supposedly were looking into it and never contacted. Now 9 years later they've informed me that they're going to go after my taxes California Franchise Tax Board to collect unpaid tuition. Of course now I don't have email access to my Brandman email to provide them with proof that the classes were dropped in time. Of course since then I'm not allowed to get my diploma and have no access to my transcripts this University is starting to be a pain in my a**.

After high school I attended a community college from 2003 to 2005 where I played baseball and achieved my AA in Liberal Arts. Following that experience I was recruited to play at a CSU in Northern California. When my eligibility was up I didn't want to attend anymore when the realization of my baseball career ended sunk in, so I took almost six years off. Eventually, I graduated with my BA in Organizational Leadership and now pursing my MA in Organizational Leadership. I would strongly recommend this University, the student services, professors, and campus supports a positive learning atmosphere.

I've enjoyed the instructors and the individualized one-stop specialists that work with you on your financial aid ,enrollment registration it's nice that you don't have to go to different departments all questions that I have the same person is able to assist. I am enjoying the content in the organizational leadership degree I do wish they offered more subjects when fifilling electives. Brandman is very limited with class offerings for the graduate program. Tuition is lower than other graduate programs... Read More that provides a quality education.

Earning my MAOL at Brandman set me on the course toward running my own Leadership Consultancy firm. During the program I was working in a corporation and was able to bring much of what I learned to the work place. I am currently in the Capstone course to finish my Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership. I am active duty military stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. I am not sure why I jumped into the program when I did, but it has been a great experience. I have had zero issues with the staff and faculty in my location. I understand that many organizations with multiple locations can create a bad experience that spreads like wildfire; however, that is not the case with every location. The staff... Read More and faculty at JBLM have taught me a lot, and I actually enjoyed going to class. I figured I would dread it, but would knock it out anyways. It was quite the opposite; fun, engaging, challenging, and educational. It seems to me that a lot of the poor reviews that I have seen on this website are people who expect it to all be laid out for them. I used to be that way when I was an undergraduate and thought, "Poor me, somebody did X, which ruined my chance to Y, etc." Then I realized that nobody owes you anything. If you want it, go get it. If you don't know how, figure it out. This program has taught me that if I want something, I will get it. I encourage people to implore more deeply about the program that they may be interested in, you might be pleasantly surprised. Lastly, if you want to be treated like an adult and have a respected opinion, please act like one. Take responsibility, do what needs to be done, and quit complaining and expecting someone else to fix it. These ragtag reviews are what is wrong with our society right now anyway. Good day.

I recently started my MA this year (2016). I have known two others that have went to this University in the past and had great experiences AND have used their graduate degrees so I decided to meet with the advisor at my campus (in WA) and she was so supportive and informative. She created a potential ed plan, gave me upfront costs and we talked about how classes are. I felt confident about it. I'm still looking for a "perfect" partner and that's probably why I'm single. We aren't perfect people. If you are looking for supportive, affordable graduate program with small classes, well Brandman is a great option. Grad school isn't cheap, let that digest, accept it and just make the jump. Invest in yourself!

I've never seen anything so messed up in my life. You have to go through the "One-Stop" system at Brandman, instead of just calling directly to Student Accounts to get something fixed.

It's now two weeks since the error on my student account was discovered. No resolution. They're trying to nab $468 and change that I don't owe. I'm really disgusted with the whole process. Or lack of process I should say.

Professors: some good, some bad, some teach multiple classes and the content is almost identical.... Read More If you do go to Brandman, don't throw any of your work away and copy everything you submit on blackboard or email..they're sure to lose it and you can probably use it in another class.
