So far, University of Cincinnati's Criminal justice distance learning program has been incredible. They care about there students and the progress they make. They constantly check in with the students to make sure they are handling their classes ok. Their online system is also incredible. It's so easy to follow and navigate. Go Bearcats!

The University of Cincinnati Masters program in Criminal Justice has been great thus far. First off, you are not required to take the GRE to be accepted to this college. Also, you are able to earn your degree in one short year if you enroll in the full time workload, or you can earn your degree in two years by enrolling part time. There is a lot of information taught in a short period of time, but the teachers assistants do a great job helping when ever needed. It is hard work, but it is worth it... Read More

Overall, extremely organized program that was straight forward with high expectation from instructors. Surprisingly, I learned not only about criminal justice, but how to become a much better writer. This program is all writing and that comes with preparation and the willingness to learn. The program requires experience in the field instead of a GRE. Students need to submit a resume in order to get accepted. It is a wonderful online experience.

I completed my Master of Science in Criminal Justice completely online. The school was expensive but challenging and innovative. You learn from the top experts in the field of Criminal Justice and Criminology. The Teaching Assistants were pleasant and easily accessible. It was a great experience and gave me the knowledge to teach. I retired from Law Enforcement and now am a tenure track professor at a community college.

The graduate program that I am enrolled in is online so it allows me the freedom to work around my full-time job, family and other responsibilities. Professors have been wonderful in preparing precise syllabi so that a student knows exactly what is expected of them for the entire semester. If there are questions or concerns, then the professors are happy to answer them not only to the asking student, but to all that are registered so that others may share in the information. The downside for me,... Read More

The pro of my graduate program is that I am able to participate in the distance learning program. Upon researching, I found that the Univ. of Cincinnati was ranked in national top 3 in MS of Criminal Justice programs, but living in Indianapolis, that would be a far commute. With the use of blackboard and email communication, I have found that I am still receiving the same amount of education and attention as those who are "psychically" in class. While it would be nice to have the more personal interaction... Read More
