Every UoP Professor was dedicated, interested and value added to the course. I gained valuable insight through my Professors, and through my cohort. The classes were optimally designed for the highest level of inquiry-based learning. As my courses centered on management and leadership topics, I was able to immediately put the lessons into use in my workplace. Throughout the course, all students practiced solid research techniques to accomplish the goals of each class. We also had teaming modules incorporated into each class. As all of my UoP courses had global students attending each course, the method of structured course delivery allowed for a full appreciation of diversity. Teamwork with global partners, using research and advanced technology methods in each course, and the quality of the Professors; all this culminated in a superior pedagogical experience. My Mentor for my dissertation was outstanding and I now find out he is also a Professor at various other Universities. The dissertation process was challenging, as it should be, in order to create a quality product. I have already recommended to others the Doctoral program of UoP.

The university of Phoenix was tough at times did not receive a lot of interaction or explanation with the facilitator. However I found a way to finish many of the classes were interesting. I am currently looking for funding since I am at the end of my program and no longer eligible for financial aide assistance. Removing the need to be in class to submit dissertation would help students like me who are struggling to pay for the completion of their degrees.
