Great school enrolling was made for easy, and staff is always available. I had second and thoughts about online classes, but I realized it's all what I make of it. UoP has every resource needed to help students, viewing online material is also made really easy. If you thinking of online courses The University of Phoenix is a perfect stop.

To future students, You will hear pros and cons about on-line Universities, there are several reasons if you choose to pursue, and on-line education, University of Phoenix is the way to go. I have attended major state Universities and yes, there are pros and cons about them as well, the fact that you are in a classroom/lecture hall might be appealing. But, try sitting in an auditorium with 400+ listening to a lecture in Chemistry and there is standing room only, and the lab for that class only holds... Read More

I feel the pros of my graduate program will help benefit me for future jobs. It will show that at the age of 43, I am willing to continue my education and learn as much as possible to always improve upon myself. However, I feel a con to an online school is even though you can do it at your own free time, there are no breaks. You just go from one course to the next. When juggling a 7 year old, work, and helping with my grand baby (yes, I have a 24 and 23 year old daughters as well), it can be overwhelming... Read More

The pros to this type of graduate program is the ability to work and complete a masters degree. The learnings in the courses can easily be translated in to current jobs. The diversity among the students in each class give a well-rounded experience of how other individuals are putting to use the knowledge from the readings and coursework. Some cons are are having to work with students online in different time zones to complete projects. It would be much easier to be sitting in a classroom face to... Read More

The pros of the MBA are the fact that I get to go to class once a week. I get time to come home after work and work on my studies. I also like Financial Aid and Academics, they have helped me through out my whole way of completing my courses with out taking a break. The cons of my MBA would be all the money I have borrowed to go to school. I know its going to hit me when I'm done and I'm a bit afraid.

I have tried other online schools and in house campuses, but the University of Phoenix has worked for me the best. I began with my Bachelor's degree while I was in the Army traveling and having my first three kids. After completion of my degree, I realized that I needed more to get the job I really want to work, for the money I wish to make. So I am now attending UOP for the Master's program, which will also prepare me to take the certification for it. I am excited to complete my degree to work in... Read More

I have had such a pleasant experience with the University of Phoenix. I earned by BS in Healthcare Administration with them and chose to stay on to complete my Master's. The pros of the program are that I am familiar with the school and how it operates as a whole. The cons I would say is the fact that we have a new learning platform that I will have to adjust to. Which is the case with anything new.
