University of phoenix was the best decision I’ve ever made this university given a chance to change my live to the better in my career and the program is very organized and well structured to those students who have jobs and family and have little time to work on their degree, so I’m so thankful I m one of phoenix students and I absolutely recommend to everyone who wants to continue their education and make changes in their lives!

I have loved my experience because of the real life impact. These courses have given me not just technical knowledge, but how to implement it. The feedback from the instructors have been very helpful, as well. I am looking forward to completing my degree and I feel ready to start an amazing career.

My experience was great until almost finished when an instructor accused me of using ChatGPT and AI. So I wrote my paper myself and she gave me a grade of “D” so I asked for it to be removed because she did not want to change grade after I redid the paper. However, with this I will not refer anyone to take classes until UOP change or fire that instructor. It was not fair to me by working very hard and learning online which was good for me by working full time. In the end thank you for my experience... Read More

I love attending the University of Phoenix as an adult learner. I like how the classes are structured, the syllabus is clear and reading material is relevant to what is happening now. The instructors are also very helpful. I can apply the information to my job as a trainer of Microsoft 365 and Copilot to government personnel.

The university of Phoenix is an excellent online program. It is for some and not for all. Like all schools, it requires your time. If you are willing to work online and have an additional 9-10 hours a week; sometimes longer- depending on the student, this would be a great school. I appreciate the flow of the classes, the content, and wonderful resources provided. Lastly, I appreciated the degree taking only 17 months to complete.

I am a teacher with a Master's Degree, and I took a few undergrad courses from UOP to earn an Science Endorsement. I had a really awful experience. The 2 courses I took required group projects, and some of the members in my group did not come through on their part of the assignments. My grade tanked as a result. When I reached out to the instructors and the University admin about it, they replied that there was nothing they could do- it's a group project, therefore everyone gets the group's grade.... I attended the University of Phoenix and obtained a Master's Degree in Adult Education and Training. The school was wonderful and I highly recommend it to others seeking to advance their careers through higher education. There are three main reasons why Phoenix appealed to me. 1. My program was completely online. I live is a somewhat rural area, so the online program gave me access to options that I did not have locally. I didn't have to travel to the school at any point, so that was an added bonus.... Read More

The University of Phoenix Online is a great option for working adults because it provides flexibility for attending class, great technical support, workshops to enhance writing and math skills and support staff. There are a diverse group of instructors with varied levels of experience that help improve the educational process by providing classroom environments that are positive, inclusive and engaging. I'm taking an online master program at University of Phoenix. University of Phoenix online courses are intellectually appropriate for the masters program. The university administration requirement to consistently check on their students can be overbearing. It is great to have a plethora of resources available to their students; however, the constant badgering to post is irritating.

University of Phoenix is an excellent school. The faculty are easy to talk to and will help students achieve their academic goals. However, University of Phoenix is not a school where you will not be challenged. You will have to work to earn your grades, but they have plenty of workshops, student and faculty-led supports to take advantage of. This school is great for the working parents and older students who would like an alternative to brick and mortar colleges. In addition, University of Phoenix... Read More

This University has been a great source to further my educational skills for my future goals. Scholarships like this make it possible for your dreams and goals to come true. It has been a blessing and great experience along the way. All the advisors and professors I had encountered were very helpful in guiding me and greatly appreciated.

This program enhanced my knowledge of the field. I have worked with adults involved in the criminal justice and family court system for years, however, I have had the opportunity to reach out and assist co-workers and other agencies on how to deal with a diverse population.

I did not know what to expect when I enrolled. I had never attended school online before. I had great instructors, all of them working in the field. When all was said and done, I took and passed the Teacher Certification exams for my state and I excelled in the classroom when I did my student teaching. There were other recent graduates also doing their student teaching at the same elementary school. I assisted them by giving them some engaging lesson plans. They graduated from the local college.... I never graduated from the "school." After attending classes, one of which did not cover anything it was supposed to, UOP failed to find me a student teaching position. To get this posted, I may end up putting in a false year because I did not finish. This is only a way for Apollo Group to make money, not a college at all. Truthfully, many of the teachers were good. But, I never got the credential I paid for and had no way to finish. There is no way UOP can have such a high rating. Stay away. Now,... Read More

Just finished a six week physical education course to get my phys. ed. credential from University of Phoenix. Avoid MTE/551CA with Dr. E. The class costs $1000 for an LAUSD teacher and it is nothing but a bunch of busy work. The only reason I took this class is because they were the only online course I could find. You will not learn any skills to help you prepare for the CSET. Avoid this class like the plague!

I believe the pro of the graduate program is the high learning and expectation that I am supposed to possess in the classroom. I believe the con is all the extra test that I have to take in order to get my teacher certification, I understands it’s the State of Texas requirements but I believe other schools allow you waive certain test especially if you have the experience. I wouldn't have chosen an online graduate program but I was an Alumni and get a discount on tuition so that is defiantly a pro.... Read More

Obtaining my Master's degree from the University of Phoenix has been a great experience. I have had the opportunity to work with great administrators, staff, and classmate. The most exciting aspect of online schooling is meeting and working in teams with people from different parts of the country and the world. I have learned a lot of information in the education program and I would recommend this university to anyone. The only con regarding the program is the cost of attendance.
