The instructors are professional and easy to reach and to talk when you need them most. The classes are easy to access. Students on the discussion board are very respectful to one a other. The staff are very friendly when you call. The tech are ready to help when you need then.

It is refreshing to have not only quality instructors that go above beyond, but also professional colleagues that are also kind and understanding. University of Phoenix has given me a second chance that is unique and rare. I would recommend it to all busy working professionals that want to further their education in a flexible environment.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my learning experience at the University. I do feel however some of the courses should be offered as specialty course and not a requirement. Class waivers should be easier to navigate and work experience should be taken into great consideration when making decisions to wave course.

Beware!!!!!!!! Beware!!!!!! This school is about making money and will rip you off at any opportunity. They are so nice and helpful when helping to get you enrolled and once you are in, that ends! This is why they only have a 35% retention rate. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and money and go elsewhere!!!!!!!!

University of Phoenix is overpriced. You I did not get an education worth the amount I paid. I do not recommend this school.

It's not worth the money. You don't learn a lot, teachers just pass everyone.

Academic advisors and Instructors so far throughout the program have been very helpful and show an interest in watching their students succeed. Every day provides a new learning experience for students as well as opportunities to demonstrate our knowledge of acquired skill sets.

The University of Phoenix online gives me the confidence to pursue education through the comfort of being at home and accessing the classroom at any time of the day. I am currently attending the CCMH online program for Masters in Counseling at University of Phoenix. I can genuinely vouch for the high level of educational and occupational foundation that UOP establishes in their students. The instructors are typically professionals who have worked or are currently working in the field, which makes class all that much practical. You learn the primary functions of what you will be doing throughout your career, all while establishing a large social network which... Read More

Phoenix University has been the most helpful, informative, hand holding educational endeavor for me. An individual enrollment specialist is assigned to each student and works directly and patiently with all your needs. There is a financial advisor assigned to each student to help with the financial part of the educational process. All materials including books are available in the on-line classroom. Each student has a web portal that is expansive and supportive of all student life. The school offers... Read More
