I love this school so much I am moving forward to my doctors I do receive my money on time and my degree I am currently in the B.A. psychology program with a minor in child and adolescent development I am planning on getting into the M.A.P.s program for forensic psychology and will receive my doctorates in community psychology then i will move on to another university for my political science and Pan African studies degree with a minor in history i have some major schools in mind they have encouraged... I decided to write because I was tired of the strange reviews on this site. I did not start my AAS here. I started with another distance learning program. It can be difficult to find an online program that has a high VTNE pass rate. Needless to say, I had a difficult time communicating with the instructors at the old school and felt that I was a number. Read More conversations with Sherry in advising (I do not know why someone said she is the director, a Google search will tell you otherwise) I found her to be very helpful, as were the majority of my instructors. I spent 1 semester where I do not even think I spoke to the instructor (it was not that they were rude, just quiet). I do agree with the other person who did not care for the financial aid office because they seemed slow to react at times, but nothing that affected my schooling. I spent 3 years with the school (taking time off) and found that they were helpful, and caring, and actually took the time to know me. My one instructor reminded me when I almost missed a major exam deadline. I found that the work was very easy in the intro classes and then worked its way up so I could easily keep up and learn new things without panicking. I learned so many things and was able to improve my clinic based on what I had learned. I know some students do not like that you have to complete videos to complete the program, but you have to for any 100% distance learning program and, although filming took time, I did not find it difficult. I found the instructions were clear and I did not have any issues with them. I passed without failing any class in the program despite being worried I would fail something. Each instructor answered the many questions I had in a timely manner and did so thoroughly (my online BS program instructors only reply with a question to my question) In any case, I think you will honestly like the support at this school. I am proud to be a 2017 graduate!

Full Sail looks attractive and shows it as this massive school whos graduates go on to contribute to these massive projects like movies, shows, games, songs and list goes on. Read More paying $27k at this point I wasn’t going to leave empty handed. Online is a joke, classes are a joke and out dated. The pro tools shown in the lectures was about 2 years old and the instructor didn’t record a new lesson and half the time didn’t update the lesson plan so you’re left to google everything. I learned more from google, YouTube, Lynda, udemy, and asking friends than I learned from Full Sail. The work is basic and you don’t ever learn a fraction of the software before you move on to a new month. If I had relied on just learning what Full Sail taught me I would only know how to set up Pro Tools and Logic and a few basic things I could learn from a 30 min into video about each DAW. Just dumb, boring and unoriginal. I graduated with a 3.8 gpa so I put in the work, I studied and put in all the effort to make it work but after paying $27k I didn’t know enough to land a job. And people with a bachelor degree couldn’t find work either. Just so everyone knows, everything that is taught at this school requires no degree to get a job. Don’t think this school will give you an advantage either because you will end up doing internships and getting paid nothing which is the same as if you didn’t have a degree and just starting out in the industry of choice. I really wish I could say something positive about this school. The only thing I can think of is the launch box they send you but everything they send you is over priced and you pay more for it later on the back end so that’s not worth it. Just hope on udemy or YouTube and learn that way because you will be relying on those sites anyway, only difference is it won’t put you tens of thousands in debt to still land an unpaid internship.

Choosing the right school to continue your education can be a difficult process. On a whim I called CHCP just to get some information. The feedback I received impacted my decision greatly and I will never forget it! I've been a student on the Medical Assistant program since July 2016. It's been an interesting and learning experience for me. Online school gives you the opportunity to be able to keep your home life the same and you can choose the hours you want to do your assignments. The best part... Read More for me is clinical s, being able to go to campus and get hands on learning! Online courses however, offers simulation situations and gives you the opportunity to take what you have learned and try it out on a scenario. It's great practice. CHCP is a great school I would recommend it, especially to those who would like to start their career in the medical field and don't have time to go to campus you have the option to go online! I leaned about UMA just around the time where I was thinking I may not even go to college. UMA encouraged me to apply, and their online "campus" was the perfect opportunity that I needed to get back on track. I am getting ready to graduate this September and have had a great experience at UMA. University of Phoenix has been an excellent experience for me. I was incapable to attend a traditional school, because I was working, and I am also a single mother. They made it possible for me to get an education while still maintaining all these things. I enjoyed the online environment. I learned a great deal, and feel I expanded my mind and my knowledge. I am about to finish an Associates program, and I have already signed up for the Bachelor's program. I had a good experience with UOPX, but I also worked very very hard. It was not easy, and I was happy when I was successful, and my instructors let me know I really grasped the course information. This school is for motivated, hard working people. Especially if students are doing classes online, they have to be self motivated. Great school. Love it.
