Student Reviews of Online MBA Programs

Save your money and time . Not worth the headache. Your on your own as I found from day one . Your just tuition to this school. For online program , it is not supported at all . You have no communication at all with staff members and your student advisor. My suggestion is look for a online institution that cares about their students .

The University of Maryland at College Park gave me the best experience I could have asked for. The programs are especially great from students who has previously attended as an undergrad. Faculty and staff are with you every step of the way and truly want to see you succeed in the program. They understand how they can help students balance life, work and school.

Completed the MBA (General Management) in the summer of 2018. Overall I thought the coursework while not overly challenging still fulfilled my desire to get a overall understanding of business. Professors are more like facilitators than teachers as there is very little real interaction as all of the work is pretty much prepared modules that get reused with each term. Students are required to submit multiple posts to questions weekly on discussion forum which act as way for group learning. Like others... Read More

I attended Everglades University so I could get my MBA while still working. I loved the school! Great staff, faculty were attentive and the class sizes were small enough that I was always able to ask questions and work one on one with the instructor if needed. I attended graduation at the Boca Campus and my entire family got to meet not only the faculty members but also the President! It was a great experience. After looking at the costs of other MBA programs I am truly glad that I was able to get in to NSU, I took the GMAT but found out after my admission that I did not need it with my gpa which is a plus for someone looking to save money. Last but not least I love that fact that it is a legitimate accredited MBA program that is online. Not really any cons that I can actually think of!

I have been with UOP since 2009. Three business degrees later (AA in 2011, BSB in 2014, MBA in 2016), I am starting the DBA in October. This school has taught me so much and allows me to be here for my kids. Without UOP I would never have started school again. I started with UOP as a single mom and the only income for my son. There was no way I would have been able to go to a brick and mortar school while working full time an hour away from home. I missed out on enough of his early childhood as it... Read More

I am currently in a Master's program with Ashworth and am totally aggravated by the lack of access to faculty. I am tired of receiving graded assignment that say "poor grammar" or other such comments with nothing marked on the assignments, so that I can see what went wrong. I graduated from an Ivy League school and have never received papers back that say "poor grammar," which leads me to believe that the professors may have a poor grammar base which with they are grading. Great school and responsive mentors. The website is not the most flashy, but the really low tuition and interest free payment options make up for that. It was easy to enroll since you can start any month of the year. They do not accept student loans, which may not work for everyone but if you can afford the low payments they offer, you will save yourself a ton in the long-run.
