Please understand that this review only reflects my own personal experience with Ashford University. I am halfway through my Maters degree in Education at Ashford University and I don not have any complaints. I actually am working abroad and they have been fantastic with getting in touch and understanding the logistic difficulties I may have and time difference issues I can face. Read More Masters through a "better known" university and we had to have all of his books send via DHL if they were not available online and often times they came a 1-3 weeks after his course started. I am completely satisfied with the online format as well. It is easy to navigate and offers a plethora of information outside of your courses. The school is accredited nationally and regionally which is a huge bonus and the classes are both relevant and demanding so I feel that I am being challenged and improving my practice. It has been a professional and efficient program and definitely legitimate educational experience for me. Regards

I was canvassed by Ashford University in 2012. Because of my interest in designing and reconstructing programs for diverse learner, the student advisor suggested I take a look at their Bachelors of Arts in Instructional Design. Dont worry, Ashford has a strong network of instructors, student advisors and technology support to get you on your way and help you in need.

The pros of my graduate program consist of: The program being entirely on-line, this gave me an opportunity to be with my family and work, taking one course at a time, the timely mannor in which the instructors would respond to questions. The program gave me an opportunity to get my Bachelors Degree and use it where I live in order to advance my position at work. Having the convenience to work at my own pace and set my own schedule as long as homework was turned in on time. Reading others threads... The cons of my graduate program consist of: Having to travel out of state in order to walk at graduation, not going to the campus and getting to know the instructors more personally. There were some questions that I did not answer because I was an On-Line student and therefore some things did not apply. I loved the program and think it was very educational.
