Golden Gate University is an excellent spot for those employed full-time. It offers the flexibility and class rigor to accommodate yet challenge you in becoming a better business professional. To add, the class size is inherently small yet diverse in nature, ranging from students with science backgrounds to those with strict business backgrounds. I am completing the Master's program online. I really like the flexibility of the courses and the workloads are manageable even with a full time job. I have enjoyed my courses so far and feel they are applicable to my career. The faculty has been extremely helpful as well. I dislike the fact that I feel like there is not great financial aid. I also struggle with their student accounts. I feel like the layout of their webpage and online accessibility is confusing and inaccurate.

University of Maryland has a very competitive program. It thus comes with a very steep price tag for even an online MBA. I am working full time to try and pay off the tuition and will be taxed greatly from a time and fiscal perspective. In the end I believe it will all be worth it and I am excited for the future.

PROS: Excellent MBA program with great faculty support and camaraderie among peers. The online platform is organized and quality of education for most courses are outstanding. CONS: Cannot think of anything that they have not already started improving. The IT department is constantly upgrading the platform for online studies to ensure it works efficiently.

Excellent school and program! WGU is a fantastic opportunity if you are a self-starter, organized, and enjoy learning online. However, if you can't set your own deadlines and stick to them of if you like a lot of prompting, WGU might not be the best school for you. I already had two degrees from a large public university before getting my MBA, so that previous college experience is my frame of reference for evaluating WGU.
